Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the eumicare.com website (the “Service”) operated by Eumicare Sdn Bhd (“us”, “we”, “Eumicare” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
To register and become a member of our Site, use your valid email address and create a password to register your profile. You may also login or create an account using Facebook. If at any time you no longer want to access our Site via Facebook, please go to your Facebook permissions in your personal profile and edit your preferences. Facebook is considered a third party site per the definition outlined in this agreement.
Each time you use your password or identification, you will be deemed to be authorized to access and use the Site in a manner consistent with these Terms of Service and Eumicare has no obligation to investigate the authorization or source of any such access or use of the Site.

At the time of your first order, shipping and payment information will be requested by this Site. You agree that we may update your payment information with information of your bank or credit card issuer may supply, or other information available to us. All such personal information is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated into these Terms of Service.
As a member, you agree to receive emails promoting any special offer(s). We may also send you our monthly newsletter from time to time.
To cancel your newsletter subscription, please select unsubscribe in the newsletter sent to you via email.
The products and services available on the Site, and any samples thereof we may provide to you, are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products or services, or samples thereof; you purchase or otherwise receive from us. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any orders that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Internet Bank Transfers for major banks and E-Wallets in Malaysia via eGHL.
We do not accept cash or personal checks as payment.
You may be charged local sales tax, if applicable. We are not responsible for any fees or charges that your bank or credit card issuer may apply. If your bank or credit card issuer reverses a charge to your credit card, we may bill your account directly and seek payment by another method including a mailed statement. The risk of loss and title for items purchased by you passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. Replacement of products and credits to your account for shipped merchandise claimed as not received are subject to our investigation, which may include postal-service notification. We will adjust your account at our discretion.

The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Site (collectively, the “Trademarks”) are the registered and unregistered marks of Eumicare Sdn Bhd, our affiliates, partners or licensors, in Malaysia and other countries, and are protected by international trademark laws. Except as set forth in the limited licences in Section 5 below, or as required under applicable law, neither the Content or Trademarks nor any portion of the Site may be used, reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, accessed, modified, or otherwise exploited, in whole or in part, for any purpose without our prior written consent.
Eumicare shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the site or materials on the site, even if Eumicare has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your bank or credit card charged. If your bank or credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will immediately issue a credit to your bank or credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Eumicare Sdn Bhd.
Eumicare Sdn Bhd has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. We grant you a limited, revocable, and non-exclusive licence to access and make personal use of the Site. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
