Shipping policy

Thank you for your purchase. Once we have confirmed your payment, we will prepare and ship out your order within 24-48 hours.

Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking number and tracking details.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping cost will be calculated when you checkout. The cost varies as it depends on your location. If you are unsure, please email us first to get an exact cost quote.

How do I track my order status?

You can track your order online 24 hours/7 days by following these steps:

  1. Go to shipping courier provider website
  2. Enter your tracking number
  3. Click “Track now” to process

If you are unable to track your package on the courier tracking page, please do not be anxious. This means that your package is just recently picked up by our respective courier partner and not yet scanned into the system. The tracking information with our logistic partners will be available within 24 hours after shipping.

Please contact us stating your order number and the item’s details if you are still unable to track your package by the following business day after the item’s ship-out. We will assist you to resolve the issue with immediate action.

When will I receive my Order?

After your order is shipped out, you can expect to receive it within the following time frame:

  • Urban areas: 2 – 5 working days (except Sundays and holidays)
  • Non-Urban areas: 3 – 10 working days (except Sundays and holidays)
  • Overseas delivery may take between 5-20  business days depending on your location. If you are unsure, please email us first to get an estimated delivery time.

Please contact us if you find some items missing in your package, stating your order number and the missing item’s name. We will investigate the matter for you right away.

How do I check delivery lead time of a product?

Delivery to some postcodes and outlying areas outside Klang Valley may take slightly longer.

Do you deliver during weekends and holidays?

Unfortunately, our courier partners do not deliver during weekends and public holidays. Please expect to receive your package on working days only.

I just received an email saying that my item has been shipped. When will I receive my order?

Once shipped, you should receive your order within the promised delivery time frame of 2–5 business days for Urban areas and 3-10 business days for non-Urban areas. 

Note: Your tracking number will be available on the courier tracking site in the next 24 hours, after the order’s ship-out.

How can I know the exact date and time of the delivery?

We are unable to provide you with an exact date and time of the delivery. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, your shipping destination and the courier partner’s delivery schedule in your location.

Can I cancel my order after the order has been shipped?

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate your request for cancellation once the item has been shipped.

What if I am not at home when the package arrives?

You will need to sign a letter of authorisation as a confirmation and indicate a second party at the point of purchase to identify the person to receive the package on your behalf.

Can you deliver the package to my office?

We will deliver your order following the address you provide during checkout, whether it is your house address or office address.
