We reward our customers by points, which will be converted into local currencies upon checkout for additional discounts or rebates, herein refer as “Eumis”. There are 3 ways you can enjoy rewards by earning Eumis:
a) Daily Login
b) Referral
c) Reviews
A) Daily Login
Member who login into their Eumicare account at eumicare.com will be rewarded 5 Eumis on daily basis. Daily Login reward points of 5 Eumis will be rewarded to you upon successful login per day and you will not be rewarded again if you login multiple times again the same day.
B) Referral
When you invite friends to register for an account at Eumicare, you will receive a 5% Eumis of the total product purchase value from each friend who makes a qualified purchase. Your friend must be a new member of Eumicare (this offer excludes existing members and live in a different household). You then can redeem referral Eumis upon checkout. (i.e.: your friend purchased RM100 worth of products via this site from the referral link you sent, you will then receive 500 Eumis which is worth RM5).
You will only receive Referral Eumis for your friend’s qualified purchase if the purchase was a result of an invite from you via an authorized referral method. If your friend does not click on the personal referral link in their invite email or other invite mechanism to accept your invitation, you may not receive Referral Eumis and we will have no liability to you because there is no discernible way to identify that the purchase resulted from your referral.
If two people refer the same friend, the friend who sent the link that is used to create the new member’s account will be considered the referring friend, regardless of which link was sent to the new member first. There is a limit of one Referral Eumis per new email address that is registered on Eumicare.com.
You may not use spam or send unsolicited emails to people you don’t personally know to collect Referral Eumis and you may not collect Referral Eumis by posting on message boards or other online venues in violation of such venues’ terms of use. See the Privacy Policy for how information is stored.
C) Reviews
Customer or member who successfully purchased products at our site are entitled to leave review at our Facebook page and be rewarded with Eumis. Kindly send an email with your Facebook profile name, screenshot of your review to [email protected] Our team will process it within 3 working days and credit 300 Eumis into your account. You can access to our Facebook Page via: facebook.com/eumi.care.
Eumis are valid for 12 months from issuance. Your Eumis are automatically applied to your purchases at checkout. You may simply select “remove” upon checkout if you do not wish to apply Eumis.
Eumis are issued to a single eumucare.com account holder at our discretion and cannot be transferred between accounts or between users. Eumis cannot be bartered, exchanged or sold.
Eumis are a promotional offer and are not a payment instruments. Eumis are issued without any exchange of money or value from you and you have no vested property right or interest in them.
Eumis have no cash value by themselves; they are only deemed to have a notional cash value if they are used in connection with an eligible purchase on our Site.
We reserve the right to limit or cancel your Eumis in our sole discretion if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service, including through fraudulent or misleading daily login, reviews, referral activity (for example, by inviting fake people to join Eumicare, using false names, using multiple email accounts or email addresses, impersonating another person or otherwise providing false or misleading information to us) or if we terminate your account for any reason. You may also be liable for civil and/or criminal penalties under applicable law for engaging in the foregoing activities.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion at any time and without prior notice to you, to add to, remove or otherwise change the terms applicable to the issuance and use of Eumis. Such changes may include, without limitation, how you may earn and spend Eumis, how long Eumis last, minimum purchase amounts with which Eumis may be used and the lifetime maximum amount of Eumis that you may earn.
